ATM & Mobile Banking Application Manager

Responsibilities:
- To Maintenance the availability of ATM & Mobile Banking System to reach certain acceptable standard Usage :
- To assist clients in using ATM & Mobile Banking system at the most appropriate manner
- To go through and to prepare set or recommendations to improve the existing processes, procedures and practices to improve and to manage confidentiality, integrity and availability of information
- Execute EDC/Pinpad project
- Maintain EDC/Pinpad system upon project completion
- Maintain ATM & Mobile Banking, their performance and reliability
- Manage BAU/Projects related to ATM & Mobile Banking area
- Manage user requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Majoring in Hardware/Software engineering or Information Technology/Computer Sciences from reputable University
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant E- Channels application areas
- Having experience in managing project related to ATM and Mobile Banking area
- Able to Identify, collect and analysis for technical solution of existing application process or new system
- Have experience in manage people as team leader
- Proactive, full of initiative, and able to work efficiently within a team environment
- Highly Motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
